Probe raises suspicions over court wiretapping own members [ Domestic ]
A report filed as part of investigations into claims that phones at some high courts were illegally wiretapped indicates no evidence to prove these claims but has revealed that a switchboard system recently purchased by the Supreme Court of Appeals Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office is capable of recording phone conversations, raising suspicions that the court may have wiretapped the phones of its own members.

Outlawed PKK after imams who advocate nonviolence [ Domestic ]
The outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), which has killed another imam in Turkey's Southeast on Monday, has been targeting imams who are known for advocating non-violent means. İmam Emin Ezher from Şırnak was the second imam to fall victim to PKK violence when he was shot dead by a PKK member as he was going home late Monday.

Greenpeace chief warns Erdogan over climate change, price hikes [ Domestic ]
Greenpeace International Executive Director Kumi Naidoo has written a letter to Turkey’s Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, urging the leader to increase the Turkish public’s awareness of the dangers of climate change and cautioning that its repercussions may soon be severely felt.
